Large two-room apartment on the ground floor of the annex, accessed from our private car park. Comprises: bright living room with kitchen area and sofa bed (twin); small patio with table and chairs; master bedroom; bathroom with shower.

Ski and sports equipment storage. On the ground floor there is a room for storing sports equipment; the room is equipped with ski-boot warmers.
Laundry. Close to the ski-room there is an outfitted area with a washer dryer combo, 6€ per washing cycle (including detergent); ironing board and iron available. The service is by reservation to ensure the exclusive use of the laundry room. A clothesline is provided for each flat. An electric broom and a shopping grocery foldable cart are available on request.
Wellness. On the ground floor, the Studio Il Massaggio offers to our guests a 10% off on the single treatment. The massage studio also has a comfortable shower. The service can be booked in the flat, at the rack rate; the hot stone massage is not bookable in the apartment.
Baby guests. Free of charge: audio baby monitor, booster seat, bottle warmer, hook-on chair, step stool, bed rail, thermos and thermal lunch box, baby bathtub and potty. Extra-charge of €15 each: travel cot with sheets and blankets (linen change is weekly.); baby stroll 3 in 1 High Trek; child carrier backpack. The children’s equipment has to be booked and is subject to availability.
Library. Each flat has its own library, whose volumes have a special value for us: they are books that belonged to our family or are gifts from friends who share our passion for reading. To contain the Covid-19, the service has been reduced; i.e. there will be a selection of texts in the flat which will be quarantined and sanitised after each use.

Check-in: by appointment 3 p.m. - 9 p.m. (+ €30 if arrival is after 9 p.m.).
Check-out: within 10 a.m..
Parking: free private outdoor parking, limited number of spaces and no reservation. Private garage, only on reservation, 3,50€ per day - 17,50€ per week. Free public parking close to the property.

Kitchen: 1 tablecloth, 2 dishcloths, 2 pot holders.
Bathroom: 1 shower towel, 1 face towel, 1 guest towel per person plus 1 bath mat.
Beds: cotton sheets and pillow cases, blankets / quilts and pillows.

Change of linen every seven nights.

Possibility to rent additional linen:

CLEANING

Final cleaning – mandatory cost 26€. In case of dirty dishes and kitchenette, an extra charge of 30€ will be applied.

AMENITIES

Kitchen: 2 multipurpose cloths, 1 bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 bottle of detergent with disinfectant action.

Personal hygiene cleansers: 1 bottle of hands and face liquid soap, 1 bottle of intimate liquid soap, 1 bottle of shower gel. Dr. Nicola Farmacista’s mountain phytocosmetics use natural raw materials such as officinal plants and alpine herbs.

Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper.

In respect of the environment, the bottles are supplied in refillable dispensers.
